Candace Cameron Bure had a very vulnerable moment on the latest episode of her podcast.
While chatting with daughter Natasha Bure and guest Allie Schnacky during the Tuesday, April 8 episode of her eponymous podcast, the Fuller House actress broke down in tears while talking about her tumultuous journey of learning to love her body.

Reflecting on her past perceptions about her own body in a clip from Tuesday's episode, an emotional Cameron Bure said, "I've whipped my body. I've spoken to it so harshly. So mean."
Through tears, the 49-year-old then recalled an "amazing revelation" when she felt her body speaking back to her and asking, "Why do you hurt me so badly? Why do you talk to me so badly? Why do you treat me this way?"

"I was so mean to myself… and looking back, it breaks my heart.?," Cameron Bure captioned the clip on Instagram. "Learning to speak with kindness to my body has been a journey, and I know I’m not alone in this."
She continued: "To those who relate—I hope you can feel me giving you the biggest virtual hug right now. And I hope you’ll join me in showing ourselves the grace and love we truly deserve.❤️"
Cameron Bure's daughter—who could also be seen crying along with her mom during the episode—took to the Instagram comments to say, "Im crying, again."
Meanwhile, tons of the Full House alum's fans cheered her on for sharing the vulnerable message, including one person who commented, "How badly so many [of] us needed to hear this. Thank you, truly. ❤️."
