At the age of 43, Kate Middleton almost appears to be aging in reverse with her flawless, practically wrinkle-free complexion. While her royal status does afford her certain luxuries, such as having access to top beauty treatments and products, it sounds like her day-to-day routine for looking fabulous is actually quite simple.
According to Express, a former cleaner at Buckingham Palace, Anne Simmons, revealed Kate's ever-so-simple morning beauty ritual for looking her best, and practically anyone can recreate it.

Simmons reportedly told Edit Suits that Middleton is "incredibly organized," saying, "No chaos, no luxury overload—just a handful of carefully chosen steps that she clearly trusts. There was one product for her hair, a natural moisturizer, and always a moment to herself before things got busy."
Sure sounds easy enough, right? Express broke down Middleton's beauty routine into five easy steps:
A splash of cold water on her face.Argon oil for her hair. Simmons reportedly indicates she favors the brand, The Ordinary, to "work through the ends of her hair after brushing."A simple, natural moisturizer.A moment of calm. Simmons noted she would relax with a cup of tea, adding, "No phone, just silence." (Imagine that.)Natural-looking makeup. Simmons explained, "She wasn't doing a full face. Just concealer, maybe a bit of blush. It was very quick and natural-looking." Kate Middleton always looks fresh-faced.Photo by Karwai Tang/WireImage/Getty Images
One thing's for sure: the "no-makeup makeup" look works like a charm for Middleton. Even when she's fulfilling her royal duties, she looks natural and never too made up.
Taking a few minutes for herself in the morning also no doubt has a positive effect on her appearance. How many of us are guilty of picking up the phone and "doom scrolling" whenever we have a break in the day as opposed to just sitting in silence and breathing for a few minutes? (Note to self: it's ok to take a 5-minute break.)
