Several members of Bachelor Nation are down to continue their journey to find love on the beach.
ABC renewed Bachelor in Paradise in 2024 for season 10 after the show skipped a year. The first invitations to Paradise went to Jenn Tran’s second runner-up Jonathon Johnson and fellow season 21 of The Bachelorette contestant Hakeem Moulton — who both accepted the offer.
“I honestly was shook [when they announced it tonight]. I had no expectation. Nobody warned me. I wish they would have so I didn’t just, like, freak out,” Jonathon exclusively told Us Weekly in August 2024. “Because, like, in my mind, I’m like, ‘I don’t know if I would ever do TV again,’ and then Jesse [Palmer]’s like, ‘So, there’s this thing on the beach that you’d be great for.’ And now, I’m just coming out of that mentality of like, I don’t ever want to miss again or hold myself back. So, you’re sitting there with that mindset, and then somebody has this opportunity where there’s incredible women for you to meet. You’re like, ‘Well s***, OK. I guess I gotta say yes, I’ll be there.’”
In March, host Jesse extended an offer to Zoe McGrady. Within minutes of Grant Ellis’ second runner-up accepting the gig, Jesse announced that the show would feature members of the Golden franchise in the first-ever crossover — with Leslie Fhima and Gary Levingston being the first confirmed contestants.
Scroll down to see which members of Bachelor Nation have weighed in on Bachelor in Paradise:
Jonathon Johnson
After being announced as a cast member, Jonathon shared that he doesn’t have his eye on anyone before heading to the beach.
“I’ve never seen Paradise. I don’t know how it works, how it operates,” he revealed. “I’m just gonna go in with an open mind and open heart and hopefully take the lessons I learned from this and apply it to looking for love.”
Hakeem Moulton
Disney/Ricky MiddlesworthHakeem shared that he was at a “loss for words” after receiving the offer, exclusively told Us that he had his eye on a fellow Bachelor Nation alum.
“Her name was Olivia Lewis. Last year, she was gorgeous, and I think she didn’t get the proper love that she deserved,” Hakeem told Us in August 2024. “I think I have all that love to give to her, and she’s gorgeous, and she has an expressive personality just like me. So, I think I would mesh very well with her. [Olivia], if you hear this, if you see this, slide in my DMs before I do.”
Aaron Erb
Aaron, whose twin brother, Noah Erb, met wife Abigail Heringer on Bachelor in Paradise season 7, said he’s open to the idea of appearing on the spinoff.
“I think if the invitation’s there, and if I’m single, and if the timing works, of course. It’s gonna be an awesome time, a chance to meet someone special,” Aaron told Us. “I mean, it did work for Noah, that format, and I think it fits my style better. So we’ll see where the future holds, but I’d be open to it.”
Jeremy Simon
Jeremy told Us that he would “love to hang out with my boys” at the beach.
Spencer Conley
When asked whether he would be interested, Spencer told Us that he would “need to go back and watch a little bit more [of The Bachelor] to get a good idea of who I might want to be able to see on the beach.”
Sam McKinney
While Sam said that the thought of joining Bachelor in Paradise didn’t even “come to [his] brain,” he would be down. “If I do get the opportunity for [the show], what I do know is I will come in growing from my experience being on The Bachelorette and pretty much just putting my guard down again, just seeing what happens,” he said.
Alexe Godin
Disney/Christopher WillardAlexe, who was sent packing before Grant’s hometown episode exclusively told Us that “it would be fun” to appear on Bachelor in Paradise even though she’s never watched a “full season” of the spinoff.
“I have watched a couple of episodes, and it is more my speed,” she said. “It is a little more lighthearted, more fun, more goofy, and I think that is me. I would have a good time and have [the] potential to meet my future husband there.”
While Alexe is open to meeting any fellow Bachelor Nation alum on the beach, she claimed she has been “hearing from people” that she and Jonathon would “make a cute couple.
“I went to hug him tonight and he said, ‘Don’t hug too tight, people are going to scream.’ I have heard really good feedback from people that he is a really good guy, so who knows?” she said. “I keep saying, him and Tanner [Courtad] [are] cute, I think we can all agree.”
Dina Lupancu
Dina, who found herself involved in drama on The Bachelor, said she’s “not sure” whether she would be up for the spinoff show.
“Being in the experience again and seeing the girls, it made me miss it,” she exclusively told Us in March. “But I don’t know. I also haven’t stalked any of the guys, so I have to do that.”
Alli Jo Hinkes
Disney/Matt SaylesAlli Jo is not ruling out a potential appearance on the beach. “If I got asked to do Paradise and I was single at that point of my life … possibly,” she exclusively told Us in March. “We will see.”
Zoe McGrady
Disney/Matt SaylesJesse extended an invitation to Zoe during the March finale of The Bachelor.
Carolina Quixano
Carolina isn’t sure whether appearing on Bachelor in Paradise would be in the cards for her.
“I don’t want to say no. I don’t want to say yes,” Carolina said on an April episode of the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast. “I really struggled a lot socially there, and I don’t know if I could ever be in a room where I feel so low ever again, where everything I say is an issue, or even anything that I don’t say. So I’m not sure. It sucks because I really want to find my person and it sounds like such a fun opportunity. Now that we know the Goldens are going, I want to hang out with them but I’m not sure yet.”
