Teddi Mellencamp doesn't have the space for negative energy.
In the midst of her ongoing cancer battle, the Bravo celebrity recently addressed a social media user who sent her a "heartbreaking" message about her chances of survival—and it's safe to say Mellencamp wasn't having it.

After confirming that her cancer is stage 4, Mellencamp took to her Instagram Story on Thursday, April 3 to publicly respond to a comment from someone insisting that her cancer will likely be "terminal."
"This is so heartbreaking. Typically, stage four cancer is terminal especially with metastasis," the user wrote in a comment on Mellencamp's Instagram page, before adding, "Praying that Teddi heals and is an outlier."
"These kind of comments make me really sad," the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum wrote in her post. While she acknowledged that her followers are just "trying to help," she said such grim comments are "heart breaking for me to read."
Mellencamp, 43, has been dealing with melanoma on and off since 2022, but in February, she received news that her cancer had metastasized to her lungs and brain, making it stage 4. Just last week, she found out that four additional tumors had been found on her brain.
"Of course I know the chances," Mellencamp added in her Instagram Story on Thursday, while insisting that she isn't going to stop fighting.
"I truly believe with my whole heart. I will beat this and watch my kids graduate," she said.
