Ben Roethlisberger might be famous for his skills on the football field, but the former NFL star made headlines this week for playing a very different type of sport—not to mention his slimmed-down physique.
The retired Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback was photographed at Irish Creek, a golf club in Kannapolis, N.C., for a charity tournament on Monday, March 24.

According to the Daily Mail, it was Roethlisberger's appearance (not his charitable efforts) that got fans talking, with some suggesting that Ozempic was the reason behind his recent weight loss.
The 43-year-old announced his retirement in 2022 after eighteen years with the Steelers; however, he recently hinted that he might head back to the football field (as his former team is in need of a quarterback).
"Coach T [Mike Tomlin], are you kidding me? DK Metcalf on one side, GP [George Pickens] on the other? Muth [Pat Freiermuth] working the middle? I might need to throw my hat in the ring. If you're looking for a guy, I might still have a couple of throws in me!" Roethlisberger said in the video.
