“Life is for the living. A full life is not promised to us—it’s reserved for the daring few who are willing to risk their comfort to explore the unknown,” as stated on the Harley-Davidson website.

“The collection features Americana graphics and classic workwear silhouettes that combine legendary quality with bold designs inspired by a rebellious spirit.”

The line includes 17 unique pieces to choose from — ranging from quilted jackets to trucker caps.

Fans who are hunting for a bargain love the $35 Racerback Cropped Tank Top.

Harley-Davidson is selling it in three different colors: Black, Vintage Orange, and Silver Birch.

According to the website, this piece is the “perfect style for open-road adventures” and is made of 100% cotton fabric.

The most expensive item of the collaboration is the Quilted Lined Eisenhower Jacket which sells for $150.

The jacket’s hefty price tag could be because of its distinct features including a sleeve pencil pocket, snap-close front pockets, collar snaps to keep the collar in place, and adjustable waistband tabs.

Several of the “Born to be Alive” items are already sold out so consumers interested in purchasing should act fast.

The collaboration was an attempt to combine Dickies’ workwear grit with Harley-Davidson’s motorcycle heritage.

“Rooted in the DNA of two iconic American brands, the collection reimagines classic workwear silhouettes with a bold, moto-inspired edge—creating versatile pieces that move seamlessly from the workshop to the open road,” according to a press release.

The motorcycle company hopes that the clothing line will present essential items for both men and women hoping to channel their “rebellious spirit.”

This collaboration comes after the motorcycle company struggled with its sales last year.

In a 2025 Outlook report, Harley-Davidson’s CEO Jochen Zeitz said performance was impacted by the high-interest rate environment which affected consumer spending.

Dickies x H-D Quilted Lined Eisenhower Jacket – This jacket is made from a heavyweight twill blend which is insulated for added warmth. Some key features include an action back, adjustable waistband tabs, pre-curved sleeves, and a hidden snap-down collar that won’t flap around under riding gear. This jacket has graphics on both sides and costs $150.

Dickies x H-D Original 874 Work Pants – This popular Dickies work pant has been updated with a Harley-Davidson twist. The bottoms are made rugged from a heavyweight twill blend that’s stain and wrinkle-resistant. It was designed with riders in mind — a waistband key ring, a snap-closed back pocket for securing essentials, and lower pocket placement for added comfort while in the saddle. The pants cost $70.

Dickies x H-D Eagle Sleeve Hoodie –  This hoodie features a snap-closed hood for warmth that can be worn easily with riding gear or a hard hat. This unisex pullover sweatshirt is made from a rugged cotton/polyester fleece blend in a relaxed fit. It has graphics on front and riding down the sleeves. The item costs $85.

Dickies x H-D Racerback Cropped Eagle Tank – This piece is marketed as “shape flattering” and is designed with breathable 100% cotton with a textured look. It has a slightly cropped silhouette that sits at or just above the waistline. The tank also has signature graphics and costs $35.

“The launch of our new Street Glide and Road Glide touring motorcycles contributed to nearly 5% growth in the U.S. Touring segment and drove H-D’s market share to 74.5% in ’24,” Zeitz said.

“The industry has faced many challenges over the past couple of years, impacting at all levels, but we believe we are best positioned to take advantage of any uptick in consumption.”

In an effort to drive up sales, the motorcycle company recently slashed the price of some of its bikes.

Harley-Davidson’s Nightster, Sportster, and Nightster Special were already deemed as reasonably-priced, but consumers can purchase one of these models for even cheaper.

The baseline Nightster model is selling for only $9.999.

The Sportster starts at a baseline price of $15,999 and the Nightster Special follows at $12,499, as reported Auto Evolution.
