With tickets, send flyers link to their rights, DGCA tells airlines

This measure aims to educate passengers, particularly first-time flyers, about entitlements concerning delays, cancellations, denied boarding, and baggage issues. Airlines must provide an online passenger charter link via SMS, WhatsApp, ticket, and their website. IndiGo has begun implementing this directive.
