The iconic restaurant chain changes its menus twice a year, a company spokesperson explained in an email to Parade. Sometimes, it adds dishes and other times, it removes dishes. This time, it's doing both.
As first reported by The Street, 13 items will be leaving menus this month (you can rest assured none of them are flavors of cheesecake), all of which are listed below:

But the company is pretty certain that customers will find a replacement meal relatively easily, as it adds a handful of other flavorful dishes to menus this spring, including:

For dessert, it's debuting an all-new kids-size Strawberry Shortcake.
David Gordon, president of the restaurant group, suggested that this latest update is all about re-evaluating menu prices and value.
"This new menu has a great range of price points, everything from $12.95 to $31," Gordon said during a Feb. 20 earnings call. "So if you’re looking for value at a lower price point with an appetizer, it’s there or if you want some of the best steak treats you’ve ever had at $31, which is a great value if you compare that to a high-end steakhouse when it comes to what our offering is, we are meeting all those different price points."
"At a time when restaurant companies are 'dumbing down' their operations by reducing the size of their menus and/or outsourcing prep and production, The Cheesecake Factory has remained true to its roots and its founder’s vision – making more than 250 items fresh from scratch in each restaurant (with well over 300 locations in the USA)," a company spokesperson added.
