TOM Brady is taking some much-needed time off with his sons during the NFL offseason.
In between being a top analyst for Fox and a new NFL team owner, Brady doesn’t get much time to himself.
Brady took some time off to be with his sons though, enjoying a dinner in Miami with them and a group of friends.
The seven-time Super Bowl champ posted an Instagram Story of his sons dining out at Le Rond in Miami Beach.
Brady, who is known for his strict diet, enjoyed a cheat meal alongside his sons at the burger joint.
“Approved and Happy,” he captioned the picture.
Also on his Instagram Story, Brady posted everything he ate with his sons.
He posted a picture of a juicy burger which had him saying, “Wow best burger in Miami.”
“And the sweet potato fries!!” he posted alongside some emojis.
Lastly, Brady topped off his cheat meal with a towering milkshake.
“Yeppp we went there too,” he posted.
Brady is enjoying some much needed time off after his 23-year NFL career took a heavy toll on him.
He recently revealed in a video just how beat up he got over the years.
Brady undertook a cooking challenge with social media star Nick DiGiovanni, who noticed how well the NFL legend could handle heat while cooking.
“You have the chef hands,” DiGiovanni said.
“That means you can touch really, really hot stuff, and you don’t flinch.
“You don’t have any issue with it, and this is impressive.”

“These hands got pretty beat up over a long time,” he said.
“See that finger? I can’t even bend it anymore, even if you try to straighten it.”
Despite such a long career, Brady spent most of it healthy, only missing one season due to an ACL tear.
He played in 334 games out of the total 354 regular season games that took place in his career as a starter.
