Class 4A girls: No. 2 Timnath (23-3) vs. No. 6 Delta (18-6)
10:55 a.m.: It’s time to decide the last of the championship contenders in Class 4A and 5A, with the 4A girls and boys Final Four up first inside drafty Denver Coliseum. That starts with the second-seeded Timnath girls, fresh off a 60-38 drubbing of Pagosa Springs, taking on upstart Delta, which has won 15 straight since a 5-6 start to the season. Neither program has played in a state championship game, so whoever emerges victorious today will be breaking new ground. — Matt Schubert
