SHERIFF’S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:
CONSPIRACY: Jenna J. Hatcher, 39, of Shasta County, was booked at county jail March 7 on suspicion of conspiracy, attempted possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and violating her probation. She was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
DUI: Lillian Keahon, 34, of Garberville, was booked at county jail March 7 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
ATTEMPTED MURDER: Jason R. Omholt, 47, of Willits, was booked at county jail March 7 on suspicion of attempted murder, vehicle theft, driving on a license suspended/revoked for DUI and obstruction. He was arrested by the MCSO.
CONSPIRACY: Sesario Rios IV, 44, of Hopland, was booked at county jail March 7 on suspicion of conspiracy, attempted possession of stolen property, and violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.
VEHICLE THEFT: Julian T. ValentinCruz, 24, of Santa Rosa, was booked at county jail March 8 on suspicion of vehicle theft, grand theft and possessing a stolen vehicle. He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Hugo C. Barrera, 45, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 9 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Samuel ChandlerReed, 30, of Sebastopol, was booked at county jail March 9 on suspicion of driving under the influence causing injury. He was arrested by the CHP.
THEFT: Tia J. Higgins, 33, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 9 on suspicion of theft with priors. She was arrested by the UPD.
THEFT: Antonio J. Thomas, 45, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 9 on suspicion of theft with priors and violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.
DUI: Alfredo ZamudioGutierrez, 37, of Santa Rosa, was booked at county jail March 9 on suspicion of DUI. He was arrested by the UPD.
EVADING: Steven M. Zimmerman, 34, of Covelo, was booked at county jail March 9 on suspicion of evading, driving under the influence, violating his parole, possessing a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance. He was arrested by the CHP.
RAPE: Angel CarilloLopez, 22, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail March 10 on suspicion of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and possession of sexual material involving a minor. He was arrested by the MCSO.
CHILD CRUELTY: Jason D. Harlan, 32, of Willits, was booked at county jail March 10 on suspicion of child cruelty, possession of drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of a controlled substance and violating his parole. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
