Michael Strahan and Roy Wood Jr. had some fun on The Kelly Clarkson Show on Thursday, March 6, playing a parody version of the $100,000 Pyramid, a show hosted by Strahan.
“You got The $100,000 Pyramid,” Wood announces. “This is The 100,000 Doll Hair Pyramid.”

Shortly after that introduction, Strahan unleashed a surprising admission. “I’ll be honest with you, I’m not good at this game,” admitted the Good Morning America personality. “I host it.”
Then Strahan threw out an old cliché about teaching, switched up to make it applicable to game-show hosts. “Those who can’t do, host. That’s what I figured out.”
Wood seemingly agreed. “Well, we both host,” Wood said. “So alright, this is gonna be weird. Y’all might win nothing.”
Despite the preamble, Strahan turned out not to be a bad player.
Wood threw out the first clue. “Not lettuce but…”
“Cabage Patch Kids,” Strahan answered correctly.
“To infinity…” Wood said.
“Buzz Lightyear,” Strahan again answered correctly.
Strahan was so hot, Wood didn’t even need to give much of a clue at all before he answered, “Barbie!”
Both the player and the host were shocked by Strahan’s display of ESP.
“I was gonna say, Ryan Gosling,” Wood said.
“I don’t’ even know how I did that,” Strahan admitted. “I just felt it on your face, man.”
The hot streak continued with the clue “Is it a vegetable, baked…” leaving Strahan to correctly answer Mr. Potato Head.
However, Strahan was finally stumped with Wood’s clue, “They ugly and they got all the crazy hair.”
Strahan threw out multiple incorrect answers, “Not a Smurf, it’s a gremlin. It’s a gnome.”
“They live under a bridge,” Wood added. “Billy Goat Gruff under a bridge.”
“I told you I’m awful at this game,” Strahan complained. “I know I can see him,” as Wood broke into a hilarious impersonation. “I’m a creature!”
“A gremlin!” Strahan guessed, to no avail.
“No, bedazzled belly button,” Wood added.
“The Lucky Charms dude?” Strahan guessed.
“No, like a leprechaun,” Wood added.
“Not a bowl but a…” Wood said.
“Y’ll aint’ getting nothing,” Strahan said to the audience.
Wood repeated his last clue and finally Strahan picked up on it.
“Troll!”
And with that, Strahan and the audience went home winners.
