AMERICAN Pickers star Mike Wolfe’s Nashville antique store has been slammed for its “overpriced” items as customers are warning other fans to avoid visiting the shop.
Mike, 60, owns Antique Archaeology with locations in Nashville, Tennessee and Le Claire, Iowa.
Fans have turned to social media to slam the store for having “expensive” antiques with low inventory.
One fan ripped over Google reviews earlier this week, “Huge disappointment. Made a special trip to go there. Total waste of time.
“Very few items for sale and what were there was overpriced. Don’t waste your time…”
A second customer blasted, “Waste of time, we love the show and were excited to get to go but it was a total waste of time!
“They have shot glasses, t-shirts, and can coozies and shop towels with their name on it but not much else. Very few antiques and the ones they have are super expensive! $1,500 for a small quaker sign.”
A third commented, “The Antique Archaeology store left me unimpressed. A lot of mass-produced souvenir items for sale with a few antiques on display.”
“Would have been very disappointed if I came up just for this,” a fourth customer complained. “Was expecting an antique store, not an American Pickers gift shop.”
INSIDE ANTIQUE ARCHAEOLOGY
Exclusive photos obtained by The U.S. Sun show the overpriced and merchandise-heavy store.
In one photo, various Antique Archeology and Two Lanes T-shirts could be seen for sale with a retail price of $25 to $37.
Antique Archaeology bowls set customers back $16.99.
Other photos show hats, shot glasses, mugs, coasters, beer glasses, magnets and other merchandise.
A handful of antiques have a “Not For Sale” sign, including vintage microphones.

As for actual antiques, the items in the store are expensive.
Mike is charging a whopping $3,500 for an antique coin horse ride and $3,000 for a stock market machine cabinet.
A cast iron water fountain could set a customer back $1,500, while a harmonica display case is priced at $1,200.
An industrial cabinet, which is in need of work, is worth $995.
A Cleveland Euro Mod bike has a retail price of $950.
On the more affordable end, a Coca-Cola diner clock is $300, a red Huss sign is $595 and a Jerry Lee Lewis jacket is $595.
Customers could also purchase an antique dollhouse for $195 and a birdhouse for $175.
SHOW STRUGGLE
The high prices come as American Pickers brought in low ratings for Season 26.
The premiere episode on October 9 brought in 565,000 viewers as fans watched Mike pick through Evel Knievel memorabilia.
The January 15 finale was the second highest-rated of the season, with 708,000 viewers.
The highest-rated episode reached 760,000 viewers on December 18, while October 30’s DIY Delorean had the lowest ratings of the season with just 442,000 viewers.
Numbers reached the millions when Frank Fritz was on the show.
Frank passed away on September 30, 2024, two years after he suffered a stroke.
Frank last appeared on American Pickers in March 2020.
MORE PICKERS
The U.S. Sun reported in May 2024 that the series has three more seasons left in its contract.
“They’re filming for Season 26, and they have signed on for three more years,” the show insider claimed at the time.
The show resumed filming in February 2025.
