The Oscars: Hollywood's biggest night where dreams come true... or get completely shattered. Every year the Academy gives us winners, but let's be real, they also give us some snubs. And today, we're talking about the biggest Oscars snubs of all time. And trust some of these will have you shaking your head.

Amy Adams
Let's start with the snub queen herself, Amy Adams. Six nominations, zero wins. What does this woman have to do? She's given us everything. Drama, heartbreak, even Muppets! The fact that she didn't win for Arrival or American Hustle. Unforgivable. Academy, do better.

'Brokeback Mountain'
Okay, we need to talk about Brokeback Mountain. It was the favorite to win Best Picture in 2006, but then Crash swooped in. And what happened? It was so shocking at the time that Jack Nicholson, who was presenting the Best Picture award, even mouthed, “Whoa.” Brokeback Mountain was groundbreaking, beautiful, emotional, a cinematic masterpiece, and yet it lost. That decision did not age well.

Encanto's "We Don't Talk About Bruno"
Say it with me. We Don't Talk About Bruno was the song of 2021. It topped the charts, became a cultural phenomenon. Can you even think of a more annoying TikTok song of that era? And yet, Disney submitted Dos Oruguitas instead for Best Original song. Would love to know who made that decision. I have questions. And Encanto still won Best Animated Feature, but come on, Bruno deserved a nomination!

Leonardo DiCaprio
Before Leo finally won for The Revenant, this man was the poster child for Oscar snubs. He lost for The Wolf of Wall Street, The Aviator and don't even get me started on Titanic. The internet was screaming for justice. At least Leo finally got one. But wow, did it take forever. Some say the Academy finally caved and gave him the Oscar for The Revenant not because it was Leo's very best work, but because it was simply time, and he was overdue.
(Not that he wasn't amazing in The Revenant. I'm sorry, Leo, I didn't mean it.)
