Lexington Street Capital, a real estate advisory and brokerage firm, has brokered the sale of the Metro Center Shopping Center, a community retail shopping center located on the Reisterstown Road retail corridor in Baltimore, Maryland. The purchase price was undisclosed.
Jacob Altshuler of LSC represented the Buyer, Town Holdings, LLC, in the transaction.
Property management for the Metro Center will be handled by Maystone Management, LLC, Altshuler’s management company.
The strip center, which last changed hands over two decades ago, is fully leased to a diverse group of tenants. The property features both front and rear parking.
In addition to various other interests and positions, Altshuler serves as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Friend Commercial Real Estate, is an Attorney Board Member on a Maryland State Board, and maintains a separate legal practice specializing in transactional and real estate matters – representing an assortment of clients including investors, landlords, and tenants alike.
