Pasta is the ultimate weeknight hero—quick, easy and always satisfying. Whether you’re feeding a hungry family, rushing to get dinner on the table or just craving something comforting, pasta is there to save the day.
For starters, it cooks in 10 minutes or less. While your water is boiling, you can warm up a jarred sauce and by the time the pasta is done, dinner is practically ready. No long prep, no complicated steps—just boil, toss and eat.
It’s also incredibly versatile. Got veggies? Throw them in. Leftover chicken? Chop it up. Need a one-pot meal? Pasta’s got your back. It works with whatever ingredients you have on hand.
While jarred pasta sauce is a lifesaver when you're busy, it doesn't quite compare to a homemade sauce. Luckily, there are great ways to upgrade store-bought pasta sauce. Add a splash of olive oil, fresh garlic, a pinch of red pepper flakes or a handful of fresh basil to take it to the next level.
But if you do want a homemade sauce that doesn't take a lot of time and effort, food creator Corre Larkin (@cocolarkincooks) has a super simple no-cook pasta sauce that will blow you away. We can't wait to try this!

Why This Works
These flavors combine to create a perfect balance of creamy, tangy, sweet and savory. Ricotta cheese provides a rich, velvety base that coats the pasta beautifully, while fresh lemon juice adds brightness and cuts through the richness.
Mike’s Hot Honey brings a sweet heat that enhances both the citrus and the cheese and the grated Parmesan adds a salty, umami punch that ties everything together.
Fresh parsley finishes the dish with a hint of freshness, keeping it light and vibrant. The result? A harmonious blend of flavors that feels both comforting and gourmet in every bite—and it only takes 15 minutes to make!
