Christina Hendricks is known for her red carpet glamour, but her latest look inspired a rather unlikely comparison.
The Mad Men actress was photographed at the Dublin premiere of her upcoming series Small Town, Big Story, posing alongside creator and director Chris O'Dowd and co-stars Eileen Walsh and Paddy Considine.

Hendricks, 49, was dressed in a dark pantsuit with wide legs over a gold high-necked top. Her trademark red hair was parted in the middle, falling to her shoulders in soft waves, and she carried a round black bag.

The Good Girls star's elegant ensemble caused one fan on Instagram to draw a surprising parallel between the star and a certain movie character.
"She dressed like austin powers :)," they wrote.
"Christina, as elegant as ever! ?❤️" gushed a second person.
"Christinaaa is goddess!! She is so prettyyy! ❤️" agreed someone else.
"Yaaayy!! I can’t wait to watch it! You look gorgeous, Christina!! Your a very talented actress. I love everything that you’ve been in!! ❤️?❤️?" declared another commenter.
According to The Guardian, Hendricks plays Wendy Patterson, a Hollywood producer who returns to her hometown in Ireland in Small Town, Big Story. As she told the outlet, while she didn't base her performance on anyone in particular, she did draw on her own experiences.
“Hollywood is still very much a boys’ club—changing hopefully more rapidly now," she said. "But Wendy has that toughness, to prove that she can take the role a man would normally have and hold her own. I’ve certainly seen that in Hollywood.”
During the same interview, Hendricks opened up about the experience of finding sudden fame during the height of Mad Men's success.
“No one teaches you how to be famous,” she said. “No one tells you how to be or act or answer questions, or how to not fall on your face. You just have to learn how to stay above water. And then no one teaches you how to not be famous after you were famous. There’s a lot of ebb and flow. You really have to ride that river, because it’s ever-changing and you can’t count on anything.”
Small Town, Big Story premieres on Thursday, Feb. 27, on Sky Atlantic and NOW.
