Will weather impact the 2025 Daytona 500? Forecast for NASCARs season opener

NASCAR announced Friday that the green flag for the 2025 Daytona 500 has been moved up an hour to 1:30 p.m. ET instead of 2:30 p.m. ET “due to potential weather forecasted for the Daytona Beach area late Sunday”.
