Highlighting the situation, one fan shared the photos of Swift at the Super Bowl and wrote, "the fact that Drew has to go to the bathroom with her," leading to a debate in the comments.
"It’s so sad honestly," wrote one fan, while more shared similar thoughts, writing, "I literally cannot imagine having bodyguards 24/7. it would exhaust me," and "It makes me so sad that she can't even go to the bathroom alone."
Another person commended Swift for her kindness while enduring such extreme attention, saying, "I can’t imagine living in the glass house that Taylor does, and maintaining such kindness. She is truly amazing."
"No one should be so unsafe to the point where they need a bodyguard in the bathroom im sorry," declared a different fan.
But a few people also took a moment to call out the person who originally took the photos of Swift leaving the bathroom, saying, "What's more sad (and WEIRD!!) is someone waiting outside to take this picture."
Swift generally has a bodyguard by her side all the time and during Eras Tour, fans highlighted their good work, such as when Swifties spotted a bodyguard following the singer around the large stage as she performed to be aware and ready if anything happened.
