It’s set in a fictional secondary school in a working class area of the city.
Season one saw charming chancer Reece (Dylan Thomas-Smith) take newcomer Christopher (Jake Kenny-Byrne) under his wing, bridging the class divide.
A social media faux-pas put the school play at risk and there was a first encounter with the trauma of grief.
Season two promises more of the complications of everyday life for teenagers, exploring themes such as consent, age gap relationships and the acceptable way to make money while still at school.
All of it done with a large dose of Scouse humour.
