An explosion has hit an elite apartment complex in northwestern Moscow, leaving at least one person dead and several others injured, local media have reported.
According to the Shot Telegram channel, the blast took place in a building at the Scarlet Sails residential cluster located on the banks of the Moscow River.
The Shot and Baza outlets, as well as several other media, reported that at least one person was killed in what looked like a grenade blast, with five other people injured.
