O.J. Simpsons Estate Sues Athletes Youngest Son

Justin Simpson, the son of O.J. Simpson and Nicole Brown Simpson, is being targeted in a lawsuit served by his late father's estate.

The 36-year-old, who is the youngest child of the former footballer, is said to have moved into the house the athlete owned before his passing, using his company, Primary Holdings, LLC's technical ownership as a cover.

According to court documents reviewed by Parade, Justin used Primary Holdings to help his father secure the property prior to his passing, but "it was understood" by all parties involved that O.J. "was intended to be the de facto owner..." Primary Holdings' involvement was intended to "protect [O.J.'s] financial interests while shielding the...property from creditor claims" — with many of O.J.'s belongings previously auctioned off to help offset his debts — but Justin has allegedly since moved into the home.

Malcolm LaVergne, O.J.'s former attorney who is acting as Special Administrator for the Estate, filed a lawsuit against Justin's company, claiming that Justin moved into the property following his father's death from prostate cancer at 76 in April 2024 with the reasoning that, as Primary Holdings' holds legal ownership of the property, he maintains legal ownership of the property.

Court documents accuse Justin of refusing to transfer ownership to O.J.'s estate, repay the estate the funds that O.J. invested in the property, or compensate the estate for the property's increased equity. They also imply that his occupation of the house is a violation of the late athlete's will, which indicated that his property should be equally divided among his four living children.

O.J. was over $100 million dollars in debt at the time of his passing, having accrued millions in interest on the money he owed the families of Nicole and Ron Goldman after he was found civilly liable for their deaths despite being criminally acquitted of their murders.

Parade has reached out to Justin for comment. TMZ first reported the news.
