KYRIE IRVING made a classy gesture after he hit a young fan in the head with a wild pass.
The Dallas Mavericks star was trying to get the ball across the court in the NBA clash against the Boston Celtics.
However, the former Rookie of the Year was unable to find a team-mate.
The ball was then left hurtling towards the crowd and smashed into a young boy.
The fan’s head could be seen to move backwards after the ball connected.
Irving made sure to check on the fan’s well-being along with players from the Celtics.
Fans loved the moment as it went viral on social media.

After the game, Irving was asked about the Celtics’ level and if it is higher than the Mavericks.
He said: “Or they’ve lost a couple of games and Joe Mazzulla got into their a** a little bit and you get the result you got tonight.
“Going against us, playing with a verve, playing with a confidence and taking care of the ball.
“They made adjustments and that’s what great teams do, especially when they are champions in the league.
“They handled our pressure, they adjusted to our zone coverage, they started getting open shots and it’s a pretty easy game from there.”
