The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi General Entertainment Authority, Turki Al-Sheikh, announced that on a new film written by him has begun, starring Karim Abdel-Aziz and Ahmed Ezz.
Al-Sheikh posted a photo of Ezz and Abdel-Aziz on his Facebook account, with the caption: “Today is an important day in my history and in the history of the film industry in my country and in the Arab world.”
“Today, filming of The Seven Dogs began, based on my story and the Big Time team, and the script and dialogue by Mohammed al-Dabbah. This will be the first film to be shot at al-Hisn Big Time Studios, in the largest Arab production to date for a film with a budget exceeding US$40 million.”
Al-Sheikh added: “Starring two of the most important Arab stars who are at the top of the art scene in the region… the dear star Karim Abdel-Aziz and the dear star Ahmed Ezz, and directed by the international directors Adel and Belal, whose last work was Bad Boys III. I hope it will be completed well and the audience will enjoy it.”
