SHERIFF’S REPORTS

The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:

IDENTITY THEFT: Isaiah S. Garcia, 29, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Jan. 14 on suspicion of identity theft, fraud and receiving known stolen property. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.

    DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Natalie H. Hayden, 19, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Jan. 14 on suspicion of domestic violence. They were arrested by the MCSO.

    DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: John C. Hoaglen, 39, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Jan. 14 on suspicion of domestic violence, threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize, dissuading a victim, evading an officer, driving without a license and violating his parole. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    DUI: Kyle E. Johnson, 38, of Lake County, was booked at county jail Jan. 14 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.

    DUI: Shelly R. Leggett, 42, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Jan. 14 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and violating her probation. She was arrested by the MCSO.

    DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Hannah M. Lytle, 23, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Jan. 14 on suspicion of domestic violence. She was arrested by the MCSO.

    DUI: Scott A. McAllester, 36, of Eureka, was booked at county jail Jan. 14 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.

    DRUG SALES: Ivan A. Aguilar, 19, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Jan. 15 on suspicion of possessing controlled substances for sale, illegal possession of a handgun and ammunition and conspiracy. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    ATTEMPTED MURDER: Delbert W. Alford, 37, of Covelo, was booked at county jail Jan. 15 on suspicion of attempted murder and violating his parole. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    CONCEALED WEAPON: Roberto Morales, 24, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Jan. 15 on suspicion of carrying a concealed weapon. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    DUI: Penny E. Emberson, 63, of Willits, was booked at county jail Jan. 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. She was arrested by the Willits Police Department.

    THREATS: Timothy R. Johnston, 42, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail Jan. 16 on suspicion of making threats with intent to terrorize. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.

    POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE: Todd R. Ramos, 53, of Redwood Valley, was booked at county jail Jan. 16 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance with two or more priors, possession of drug paraphernalia and of driving with a license suspended/revoked for DUI. He was arrested by the WPD.

    DUI: Victor M. Velaquez, 52, of Fremont, was booked at county jail Jan. 16 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.

    ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Addison D. Boudreau, 30, of Willits, was booked at county jail. Jan. 17 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence and violating her probation. She was arrested by the MCSO.

    DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Andru J. Campbell, 25, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Jan. 17 on suspicion of domestic violence, resisting, violating his parole, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and petty theft. He was arrested by the UPD.

    ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Gregory J. Cuadra, 48, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail. Jan. 17 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. He was arrested by the FBPD.

    DUI: Hugo Muniz, 33, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Jan. 17 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a license suspended/revoked for DUI. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON: Javier Ramirez, 33, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail. Jan. 17 on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon on a firefighter/police officer, resisting, violating a domestic violence order and violating his probation. He was arrested by the UPD.

    DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Celia M. Rodseth, 27, of Willits, was booked at county jail Jan. 17 on suspicion of domestic violence. She was arrested by the MCSO.

    DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Rudy R. Valdez Sepulveda, 35, of Tulare County, was booked at county jail Jan. 17 on suspicion of domestic violence. He was arrested by the UPD.

    DUI: Gustavo Zazueta, 39, of Redwood Valley, was booked at county jail Jan. 17 on suspicion of driving under the influence, DUI with prior, possession of a controlled substance and driving with a license suspended/revoked for DUI. He was arrested by the MCSO.

    DUI: Bryon S. Bolton, 24, of Willits, was booked at county jail Jan. 18 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the WPD.

    DUI: Mario A. Iachella, 31, of Redwood Valley, was booked at county jail Jan. 18 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the CHP.

    DUI: Noe L. Lopez, 41, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail Jan. 18 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and child cruelty. He was arrested by the CHP.

    Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty.
