It was the first time since Ronald Reagan that the ceremony was not held on the steps of the Capitol in front of a crowd.The inaugural congressional luncheon started later than expected but has brought government officials, such Senate Majority Leader John Thune, together with members of the Trump family.Some 240,000 people received tickets to attend inauguration as originally planned Monday.
