If you're a fan of Yellowstone, then you're familiar with Gator, the Dutton's family chef who can as easily whip up a gourmet meal as he can a batch of buttery biscuits. While the Dutton Ranch is fictional, the 6666 Ranch in Texas is not. Owned by Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan, the Four Sixes Ranch is not only the setting of a possible new series in the Sheridan Universe, but is now a pop-up concept dining experience at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas.

What was served at the grand opening soiree of 6666 Ranch Steakhouse?
The four-course menu served at the grand opening will make your mouth water just reading it. Among the offerings were "cowboy caviar” chopped salad, prime steak tartare, jumbo lump crab cake, Shiner Bock beer-braised Wagyu short rib, campfire potatoes, buttermilk pie and smoked banana pudding.
Don't expect the Bunkhouse Boys to chow down there any time soon unless they win big at cards the night before. Jimmy (Jefferson White) might get wide-eyed taking his fiancé Emily (Kathryn Kelly) after seeing the menu. The Wagyu short rib-based French Onion Soup would set them back $25 and the prime steak tartare would delve into their wallets for $38. Though if they skipped the appetizers, they might be able to afford the Grazing Star Double Wagyu Burger (8 oz burger, pulled BBQ brisket, aged cheddar, jalapeno slaw, duck fat steak fries) at $52! Other items include wedge salad, oysters Rockefeller, salmon and ahi tuna entrees, cowboy caviar, a raw bar and fresh Maine lobster. How to get reservations as the 6666 Ranch Steakhouse
You can reserve a table the 6666 Steakhouse on the Wynn Las Vegas website. The restaurant is open nightly from 5:30-10 p.m. but make plans ahead as the pop-up restaurant stays booked about 30 days in advance. The first available reservation at this time of this article's publication is Feb. 4.
Where do they source their meats for the 6666 Ranch Steakhouse?
Their Wagyu beef is sourced from the family-owned Grazing Star ranch in Wyoming. The Wagyu beef there is 100% full-blooded grass-fed Japanese Wagyu. The steaks served at the restaurant are, of course, sourced from the 6666 Ranch including a 40 oz Porterhouse steak for $225 and a 10 oz. "Taylor's Cut" Inside Skirt Steak for $72.
What's the most expensive item on the menu at 6666 Ranch Steakhouse?
With the priciest item on the menu coming in $999, you'll have to win a poker tournament or two to afford the 48 oz. Japanese Purebred Freedom Wagyu Tomahawk and don't forget the sides (not included). Though I imagine it's served family style, an order of whipped potatoes will add $18 to the bill while a truffle creamed corn will add $38.
