CBS in bizarre broadcast moment after cutting from Texans-Titans live TV feed to same game leaving viewers baffled

CBS SPORT suffered a bizarre broadcasting moment during their coverage of the Texans vs the Titans.

NFL fans were left bemused while watching the Houston and Tennessee teams collide.

CBS Sport made a huge blooper during the Texans-Titans clash

Both sides were eager to secure victory in a crunch game.

And it was the Texans who emerged victorious, winning 23-14 on Sunday.

However, an earlier incident proved to be the match’s biggest talking point.

CBS Sports were covering the match live on TV when they cut to a studio update mid-game.

But instead of showing what was happening in another match, they made a major error.

That’s because the cutaway screen also showed the current Texans-Titans match that was already being broadcast live.

The hilarious incident had fans in stitches though.

One said: “CBS playing their backups today.”

Another declared: “Rubbing salt in the wound.”

One noted: “Loved it, I see no mistakes there.”

Another added: “Allow myself to introduce… myself.”

The result saw the Texans extend their lead at the top of the AFC South division.

Houston have now won 10 matches and face the Los Angeles Chargers in a Wild Card Round game on Saturday.

As for the Titans, they are bottom of the table with 14 defeats to their name.

It means their season is over but they do now have the No1 overall pick in this year’s Draft.
