Do you need help getting your finances in order in the new year?
San Diego County Credit Union is helping the financial health of the community by offering free educational webinars throughout the month of January in celebration of National Financial Wellness Month.
Research from Columbia University shows that while financial stress can negatively impact your physical and mental health, financial wellness is correlated with good health. SDCCU is presenting free educational webinars on a variety of topics aimed at bettering your financial well-being, including Banking 101, 10 Steps to Financial Freedom, 6 Steps to Create a Personal Budget, Rebounding After a Financial Setback and more.
“We are pleased to help the community with their New Year’s resolutions by offering these free financial wellness presentations,” said Teresa Campbell, SDCCU president and CEO. “Our presentations have practical tips for people of all stages of life to improve their financial health and reach their goals.”
