THE pizza delivery driver accused of stabbing a pregnant woman 14 times over a bad tip has gotten in trouble for violence before, according to her criminal records.

Brianna Alvelo, 22, remains in prison after she was arrested on Monday for allegedly attacking a customer in front of her five-year-old daughter the night before at a motel just outside Orlando, Florida.

Alvelo delivered a pizza to the customer earlier that night and left unhappy with a $2 tip on a $33 bill, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office said.

Cops say later that night, Alvelo and a man, both wearing masks, pushed their way into the room with a gun and stabbed her 14 times as she shielded her daughter.

Now, more details about Alvelo’s dark past have come to light through police records obtained by The U.S. Sun.

Before her current charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault, home invasion with a firearm, and kidnapping, Alvelo was charged with battery in a domestic dispute in 2020, according to court documents.

In September of 2020, police were called after Alvelo was in a physical fight with another woman over an argument about how Alvelo was “disrespectful,” the documents said.

The alleged victim was loading the dishwasher at a home in Kissimmee when Alvelo, who was 18 at the time, allegedly slapped her in the head.

She then punched the woman in the lip and the arm, the victim said.

Alvelo confirmed that she punched the woman but added that the two were playing around and that she didn’t mean anything by it, she told officers.

Cops identified Alvelo as the “primary aggressor” and charged her with battery in 2020.

Four years after the battery charge, Alvelo faced more trouble with the law over two traffic crimes in August – but none of her charges were as serious as the ones she faces now.

Alvelo appeared in court for the first time on Thursday, where she looked dazed as prosecutors recommended that her crimes be punishable by life in prison.

    HORRIFIC CRIME

On Sunday night, a woman ordered a pizza and wings from Marco’s Pizza as she stayed at a motel in Kissimmee with her boyfriend and daughter to celebrate her boyfriend’s birthday, according to an arrest report.

The delivery cost $33.10, and the woman gave Alvelo $50 for the delivery before taking it back once learning Alvelo didn’t have any change, according to an arrest report.

After searching for smaller bills, the victim, who hasn’t been named, ended up tipping Alvelo just $2, she later told cops – leading Alvelo to “walk away rolling her eyes,” the report said.

Later that night, a woman who cops later identified as Alvelo and a man knocked on the motel room door while the family was sleeping.

They then pushed the door open and ordered the victim’s boyfriend to go into the bathroom and close the door.

The armed duo went through the victim’s purse and broke her daughter’s Nintendo Switch.

The victim told cops she turned away from the masked woman to shield her daughter when she was stabbed 14 times with a pocket knife.

Cops used security footage to identify Alvelo as the alleged suspect in the crime.

Deputies also discovered the car Alvelo used during the pizza delivery matched the car the masked duo drove when they came to the motel room, according to WESH.
