Jazz Jennings has been open about the process of losing nearly 100 pounds over the past two years, and fans are always thrilled to see the I Am Jazz star looking happy and healthy.
The 24-year-old took to Instagram on Thursday, Dec. 19, to share a grinning selfie after returning to her home state of Florida from Boston, where she's a student at Harvard.
"Back home, all smiles ❤️," Jennings captioned her post.

In April, Jennings opened up to The Harvard Crimson about balancing her role as a trans advocate with her identity as a student, as well as the struggles of being back home in Florida.
“It’s hard knowing that there’s still so much discrimination going on in Florida,” Jennings said. “I’m not even allowed to use the women’s restroom in public. I don’t care, I still use the women’s restroom in public. Because what am I supposed to do, use the men’s restroom? Like, that just makes me uncomfortable.”
“I don’t understand why people target the trans community,” she added. “We’re just human beings trying to be ourselves. We’re not hurting anyone. And I’m not like the most political person, but I’m aware of what’s going on, and I try to speak out when I can.”
