The Randolph Center, located at 12295 Nebel St. in Rockville, has been sold for $18 million according to a report by Maryland Newsletters.

Per the report, a partnership affiliated with Aggregate Real Estate Investors has bought the shopping center that is home to SoldierFit, Johnson Fitness & Wellness, Meineke, and more, according to a deed recorded in the Land Records.

Aggregate is a recently formed Fairfax, VA-based investment firm that acquired the Montrose Shopping Center retail plaza in Rockville from Rosenthal Properties for $28 million earlier this year. Montrose Shopping Center is across Nebel St. and home to anchor MOM’s Organic Market, longtime tenant Asadur’s Market, KPOT Korean BBQ, Planet Aid Thrift Store, Shouk, Planet Fitness, and more.

At the time of the Montrose Shopping Center purchased Aggregate Real Estate Investors said they believe “additional residential development in the area surrounding the retail center at 5520 Randolph Road, a half-mile from the Pike & Rose mixed-use development, will drive up demand for retail space and steer more shoppers to Montrose.”
