Longtime SNL cast member Chris Rock — who was on the show from 1990-1993 — returned to the sketch comedy series this weekend as the host. It was his fourth time hosting, and Rock was joined by an iconic cast mate for one of the sketches.
Adam Sandler, who was a cast member on SNL from 1990-1995, surprised the audience in a skit where he played a patient being operated on. Sandler wakes up after a nurse left an AirPod inside him, and starts spurting blood.
It’s a perfectly ridiculous sketch, and Sandler breaks several times as he sprays fake blood on the rest of the cast.
