Former Australian captain Michael Clarke has called for Mohammed Siraj to be fined by the ICC over a couple of incidents in 1st and 2nd IND vs AUS Tests. Clarke is seemingly upset with the Indian pacer for celebrating without appealing to the umpire for an LBW, only to turn back and realise that it was given not out.
