The NHL is throwing a party at Lake Tahoe, and apparently the Sharks aren’t invited. Multiple reports Friday say the league is planning to have two regular-season outdoor games without fans at the picturesque Edgewood Tahoe Resort Lake Tahoe. The Vegas Golden Knights will face the Colorado Avalanche on Feb. 20, followed a day later by a game between the Boston Bruins and Philadelphia Flyers. The Sharks are not scheduled despite being the closest NHL team to the resort — San Jose is about 225 miles away, about half the distance Vegas would have to travel.
