ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Part of Genesee Street that’s been under construction for months will reopen on Friday evening to two-way traffic. Genesee Street between Elmwood Avenue and Brooks Avenue will reopen for people’s evening commute. News10NBC spoke with a business owner in July about how the construction was impacting the business.
