Courtesy of UCSD Athletics The UC San Diego women’s basketball team lost to Arizona 65-54 Sunday, falling short after a fourth-quarter comeback attempt. Although the Tritons outscored the Wildcats 23-11 in the final quarter, the lead Arizona had built was too much to overcome. The Wildcats led 31-20 at halftime, and a strong third quarter was enough for Arizona to win their third straight game to open the season.
