By Felix Cortez Click here for updates on this story SANTA CRUZ, California (KSBW) — Two ballot blunders in Santa Cruz County are impacting hundreds of ballots that could ultimately impact the outcome of two ballot issues. “You know, we’re human, errors do sometimes happen,” said Trisha Webber, registrar of voters for Santa Cruz County. The mistakes were made by the Santa Cruz County elections office and are impacting more than 1,100 ballots. In one case a key ballot measure was left off the ballot in the other case, voters were given wrong voting instructions. The elections office, once they were made aware of their mistakes, notified voters and sent them replacement ball
