Parliament Speaker Hanafy Gebaly referred on Monday two presidential decrees on two international agreements to the committee of constitutional and legislative affairs. One of the decrees is on approving Egypt’s subscription with a number of 414 stakes to increase the capital of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The second decree is about approving an executive agreement to a program on boosting rights of the disabled in Egypt and merging them in the community between Egypt and Italy.
