A Pakistani man has embarked on a plan to plant 50,000 trees between the Iraqi cities of Najaf and Kerbala, seeking to provide shade to Shia Muslim pilgrims. The endeavor, costing around $160,000, is expected to take three years. The ambitious tree-planting mission was the brainchild by 85-year-old retired Pakistani businessman Mohammedi Durbar from Karachi.
