Courtesy OnScene.TV San Diego County remained under a flood watch Saturday as heavy rains returned for Easter weekend and forecasters warned of 2 inches or more through Sunday. “Widespread rain, gusty onshore winds, heavy mountain snow and cold temperatures will impact Southern California this weekend,” the National Weather Service said in its afternoon forecast. “Rain will gradually become more scattered in nature later this afternoon and lasting through Sunday night.
