Douglas J. Forsyth, associate professor of history at Bowling Green State University, will present a lecture entitled Perspectives on Teaching Difficult History: Using Family History in the Classroom. The lecture will be held on Friday at 4 p.m. in the Robert W. and Patricia A. Mauer Center, Room 104. The lecture is free and open to the public. Forsyth will present how teachers can use their own experiences with family history to inform their teaching.
