Each and every veteran gave this country the freedom to make it the best in the world. On a sunny Veterans Day Saturday, retired Army Colonel Stephen Ledbetter shared how the military wasn’t his original goal, but through his service he developed friendships that he will cherish for the rest of his life. Bowling Green American Legion Post 45 and Paul C. Ladd VFW Post 1148 held their annual Veterans Day ceremony at the Wood County Courthouse Veterans Plaza.
