Performances to celebrate the arts held at the Wood County Senior Center

The Wood County Committee on Aging will be hosting an evening to celebrate the creative endeavors of older adult artists in Northwest Ohio. This event will be presented in the Wood County Senior Center, 140 S. Grove St., on Friday from 6-8 p.m. “Arts Abound, Perennial Pursuits!” will showcase various art forms pursued by community members who are compelled to create or engage in the arts as vital and meaningful components of quality of life. Visual art contributions will also be displayed in conjunction with poetry and public performances. All performance levels will be showcased. Displays of art will include poetry, photography to paintings, music, dance and much more. Enjoy refreshments
