NEW DELHI: Four people were arrested in connection with the abduction and killing of two Meitei students, whose photographs sparked off a fresh round of protests in India’s northeastern state of Manipur, officials said Monday.The arrested individuals, two men and two women, have been flown out of Manipur to Guwahati in the neighbouring state of Assam.“I’m pleased to share that some of the main culprits responsible for the abduction and murder of Phijam Hemanjit and Hijam Linthoingambi have been arrested from Churachandpur today,“ Manipur Chief Minister N.
