Toledo Women’s Art League exhibit has opening reception at Way library

PERRYSBURG — The public is invited to the opening reception for “A Brush with Art” on Sunday, Aug. 27 from 2-4 p.m. at Way Public Library, 101 E. Indiana Ave. This exhibit features around 50 original two-dimensional and three-dimensional works by area artists. Works on display include oils, acrylics, watercolors, soft pastels, and 3D creations. Many pieces will be available for sale directly from the artists. Awards for the winning artwork of this juried show will be presented at the opening reception. Many of the show’s artists will also be in attendance and refreshments will be provided.
