TOLEDO — Cardinal Stritch Catholic High School & Academy has announced that Kent Horvath has been awarded the Alfred University Scholar Award, the highest and most prestigious scholarship from Alfred University located in Alfred, New York. The scholarship is $30,000 per year, renewable for four years. Horvath, of Northwood, will be a senior this fall.
