PERRYSBURG – City residents who live in the area of a proposed roundabout are voicing their discontent with the idea. At Tuesday’s city council meeting, several residents expressed concern over increased traffic that will affect pedestrians and their own drivability in the area. Council in June approved applying for a grant to fund the roundabout, which would be located at the intersection of Ohio 25 and U.S. 20. If received, the federal grant will cover 80% of the $5.8 million project, with the remaining 20% ($1.116 million) paid for by the city.
