Helpline to assist visiting fans to access healthcare during World Cup

The Government Healthcare Helpline has been expanded and will be available round the clock to give advice to visiting fans about healthcare services available to them during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, the Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) said Tuesday. Fans can access the free helpline by calling 16000 for information about accessing medical care at any of the country’s private or public hospitals, medical centers, clinics, and pharmacies, HMC said, The 16000 helpline – with operators speaking both Arabic and English and staffed 24/7 - can also help fans with information about locations and how to access healthcare facilities, medical support available in the fan zones, Covid-19 informa
