The Administrative Control and Transparency Authority (ACTA) organised a training programme on "Assessment and prevention of corruption risks in governmental institutions," to enable participants to prioritise appropriate measures to prevent risk of corruption. The programme, which targeted experts from ACTA and experts concerned with internal control in government institutions in Qatar, reviewed several aspects to enhance the knowledge and skills of participants in corruption risk assessment, familiarity with the different approaches to assessing it, in addition to enabling the transition from rules-based approach to corruption risk assessment to a risk-based approach to the application
